Yercaud

A cool hill station in the Eastern Ghats (the Shevaroy Hills), known historically for shade-grown Arabica under native timber. Altitude of 1,200–1,400 masl and consistent temperature variation between day and night contribute to slower cherry maturation and denser beans. The region is less commercially developed than Chikmagalur, with most estates still using conventional wet processing. We are building relationships here and expect more lots in coming harvests.
