Partha Sarathi Behura & Santosh Sabbana

Partha Sarathi Behura and Santosh Sabbana are the co-founders of Odisii Coffee Private Limited, operating Kolliguda Estate in Koraput district, Odisha, one of the least-explored specialty origins in India. Partha Sarathi drives commercial development, green coffee sales and producer relationships; he was the first from this region to submit traceable lots for independent CVA assessment at Coffeelab Bangalore. Santosh heads agronomy and post-harvest operations, managing harvest timing, varietal selection and the estate's fermentation protocols. Together they built the anaerobic tank and raised drying bed infrastructure that produced two QAR-assessed lots in the 2025/26 harvest: a Fermented Natural scoring 87.50 and an Anaerobic HSD Honey scoring 82.25, establishing Koraput as a credible emerging origin on the Indian specialty map.
