Chocolate, citrus, brown sugar and jaggery on the nose, opening to brown sugar, roasted nuts and dark chocolate in the cup. Gentle citrus acidity, a medium body with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, and a sweet, nutty finish. A clean, approachable and comforting cup.

Cherry Reception & Sorting

Hand-picked ripe cherries sorted on arrival. Floaters culled in a water tank; unripes and damaged fruit removed by hand.

Pulping

Plantation Drying
